Sticky’s Speedshop is the custom workshop of serial grafter Matt Coulter, who is making his name building some of the most iconic looking bikes of the last few years in the UK. Usually based on older Japanese inline fours, this year he was picked up by Royal Enfield who asked him to create something using their Urban Guerrilla 450. Working alongside Ryan Quickfall, the pair created some stunning 90s inspired livery and then hacked a brand new 450 to pieces before rebuilding it in the style of a 90s supermoto. it is currently touring various shows around Europe, and I was on hand over the course of this year to document its build and create some fun VHS style graphics to tie in with the retro theme.
Some stills below and I’ll post the vid when it’s done!
